IMG Models are one of the top in the world for model acquisition and management. IMG has links and strong relationships with brands all over the world. There is a team of people who will search for work and build relationships with new brands while another team will filter out relevant and non-relevant jobs. The team work closely with PR. As some of our models have a celebrity status it is important we book them jobs which will enhance their career and not destroy it. We don’t want another Kendall Jenner//Pepsi incident do we?

Scouting For New Talent

IMG Models also have a team of people who travel the work (and scour thorough Instagram) to find new talent. IMG Models are always looking for fresh, new talent.

Fashion Camp

If you can imagine the makeover episode on America’s Next Top Model, this is what fashion camp is like! Models will work with hair stylists, make up artists, runway experts, fitness and nutrition coaches and clothing stylists to ensure they are presented for jobs properly.

The 3 week ‘fashion camp’ is more about education rather than transformation. Education on a healthy lifestyle, skin care and how to dress at events and booking.

As well as the initial fashion camp we are dedicated to our ongoing programme of development. We value our talent and want them to grow and progress in their career with IMG Models.

As mentioned before many of our models have a celebrity status. This is mainly to do with their social media presence but also highly to do with the level of global visibility.

As we work with large well known brands, TV commercials, magazine adverts and billboards can be shown all over the world. This creates massive opportunities for those in the beginning of their career.

We recently worked on a really exciting campaign for a cosmetic dentistry Glasgow clinic, called The Berkeley Clinic.

This was a new challenge as our talented models have usually worked on fashion-related campaigns.

We are hoping this will be the first step in moving into new industries. By the end of 2019 our goal is to get involved with some alcohol beverage, motor and sports brands.
